Banana Cake
The best banana cake! Easy and super moist!

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant pudding, either vanilla or banana
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients and beat 2 minutes.
- Bake for slightly over 1 hour.
- Cool for 15 to 20 minutes before turning out.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
